Otsuka Pharma Scandinavia AB (OPSAB) which includes the BeNeLux region is a subsidiary of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd (OPEL). Otsuka Pharma Scandinavia AB (OPSAB) agrees to publically disclose certain transfers of value made directly or indirectly to healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations according to EFPIA disclosure code. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Travel and accommodation
• Fee for services and all consultancy
• Any agreement related expenses or benefits (e.g. taxi, out of pocket expenses)
• Contribution towards events and costs of meetings paid to healthcare organizations
• Grants and donations
• Research and development (in aggregate)

Where a HCP has not granted consent to disclosure on an individually named basis, these transfers of value are reported in aggregate.
